So, my mom has this friend that I've never particularly liked, then today she tells me that she dated him and he had all these plans like taking us to disney and universal and up to his cabin in North Carolina before he even met us. And then when I met him I was REALLY rude to him and since my brother and I didn't like him my mom broke up with him. And I'm finding this out 1 year and a half later and I feel SOOOOOOOOO bad. I know he still likes my mom, maybe even loves her. So I told my mom to give him another chance, but she said it's too late. How do I fix this? I want them to be together! Help me please.

It is really not your fault you should talk to your mum seriously and see if she likes him. If she really does you need to talk to him about it . They should get together if they are really into one another .
