The most common bacterium in the intestines is E. coli which is 1 to 2 micrometers in length by 0.5 to 1 micrometers in width.

You need a really small ruler for these guys!

What is the size of the the intestinal bacteries ?

There are hundreds of species of gut flora. You can look up these genera to get a general idea:

-bacteroides
-bifidobacterium
-eubacterium
-clostridium
-peptococcus
-peptostreptococcus
-ruminococcus
-escherichia
-enterobacter
-enterococcus
-klebsiella
-lactobacillus
-proteus

There are others but those are some of the main ones.
