So I just turned 18 today and I absolutely love to cook. I'm going away to culinary school soon and my family wanted me to make something for christmas. So we decided I should make a plum pudding. I do not have a steaming mold so I was wondering can any one describe to me how to simmer it in a sack the traditional way I can not find instructions anywhere? Thank you.
