Hi guys, I think I am pregnant because I missed my period and I haven't been stressed out. I am experiencing symptoms such as: feeling sick but not vomiting, sore breast, aches in my stomach, slight headaches, a weird sort of cold that only appears after I come out the bath, sleepless nights and going to the toilet a bit more often. All these symptoms started after my period I have taken home pregnancy tests and they came out negative. But I am positive that I am PREGNANT! Do you think that I could be? What could it b?

You could be pregnant, it could be something else, we can only guess.
The bottom line, we can't give you a diagnosis over the internet, no one can, not even a doctor can do that.
It's time to see your doctor, have some tests done to find out what's going on, it could just be that you're having an off month, it happens to all of us.
Good luck.

As stated in the sticky note on this subject, and pointed out by alty, you cannot diagnose yourself positively by listing "symptoms".
Every med school that ever went through school had sleepless nights believing they had the disease du jour. I've had "reliable" signs of a bone marrow disorder, "symptoms" of brain cancer, and "hallmark" signs of potential vascular disease. Well. So far so good. None of the above.
The ONLY "answer" that is true here is "maybe"...
No self respecting physician will listen to what you've stated and say "yes, you are pregnant"...
Now... the best advice is until you know you are (positive hpt or blood test/ultrasound/fetal heartbeat... etc), act as if you are. Take a good multivitamin with folic acid, etc... and talk to your doctor about what's going on. Maybe its one thing. Maybe a few overlapping things. Maybe just an off moment.
Stress can make you miss a period.
Illness can make you miss a period.
Anxiety can throw off your cycle.
So is missing your cycle the cause of the stress or is the stress the cause of the missed cycle? Its an ugly time of year for illness. You could easily have been teetering on getting sick and then that threw off your cycle. Or you could be pregnant. Or not.
I know you want a concrete answer.
You can't get that here. If I could accurately proclaim "pregnant" or "not pregnant" over the internet, id make a ton of coin.
So it's a waiting game now. Talk to your doctor. Act as if you are. Take the hpt first thing in the morning or see if a blood test (more sensitive) is warranted.
Absence of proof is not proof of absence. Meaning until you know, you don't know, you know?
Some don't throw positive pregnancy tests for weeks... as in you could be into the end of the first trimester before you test positive, tho' many test positive before.
If you check out this sticky, you can see just how long it can be before some women show some of the most telling signs of pregnancy... with often 12-16 weeks being within a reasonable range.
