I have a 91 Honda Civic and recently when the car is running there is no power to the stereo as well as the other accessories (fan, cig lighter). If I turn the key into the start position these sometimes receive power and retain it for no more than a few minutes and about half of the time when the key is in the accessory position and the car is not running these have power. I was wondering what the problem could be I have ruled out blower motor or fuses as the problem extends beyond just the heater fan and because they have not given out completely. Thanks.
