Is this a daily cleaing, a weekly cleaning or how often.
? general cleaning, no such thing, what exactly are the requirements, do you have to mop and wax floors daily or weekly or ever. Bathrooms, will they require steam equipment or special chemicals for sanitation.
Do you have to empty trash cans daily, are you going to furnish trash bags, are you going to funish cleaning materials.

Is the building going to be empty ( no employees) when you clean, or will you have to work around their employees. ** if they have workers there it takes a lot longer to do the work.

What about the outside of the building, will you have to clean it, is there pressure washing or gum removal from side walk required.

Will you be doing windows.

Then you figure what percent profit you want to make after you pay all of your taxes due.

So what they want is the total monthly amount you are going to charge for doing all of the cleaning. So if you are doing daily cleaning, you figure that times the average number of days in a month, you also have to add any special monthly cleaning, perhaps extra cleaning for holiday seasons or at times they will have special events in the building.

So once you bid that is the check you will get each month to do the work. Also expect that they will be on a 30 to 60 day billing cycle, so when you finish your work this month, it will be 30 to 60 days before you get paid for this months work. So you will have at least 2 months expenese paid out before you get paid any money.
