Hello,I am 14 years old and 5 foot 5 inches!I can touch backboard 10 feet rim,my goal is touch the rim.Can anyone send some vertical jump program to me?My email is [email protected] I have vertical jump bible but I can't finish the program because the program too hard!Anyone need vertical jump bible can email me!

-do calf exercises



Your goal is to develop fast twitch muscles in your legs, so do those pregrams fast a quick..

And don't ge discouraged, giving up is the worst you can eevr do.

Also you are only 14. I grew the most from 15-20. I am 21 I can grab rim I am only 5-11. For the longest time I couldn't touch backboard, all the way up until 10th grade. While doing these vjump programs will GREATLY improve, also keep in mind you are not 100% developed yet. Good things come with time!

I would say that the best exercise to do to improve your v.jump is jump boxes.

You have three boxes one about 1 ft off the ground, then 2 ft, then 3 ft. Start on the short end and jump on the box landing shoulder-width apart and balanced. Jump in the middle of the first and second and finish the routine.
