What type of licenses and permits will I need to open a wedding and reception hall in cedar hill Texas?

Are you wanting to buy an existing building?
You most likely will have to get an occupancy permit that says the maximum of how many people can occupy the hall at one time.
You would also need business permits and a Tax Identification number (good for if you are planning on buying supplies or tables & chairs wholesale) Also check on if you need a vendors license and alcohol permit.

Cedar Hill, TX does have a website for the city on which there are governmental sections where you could ask the people who would be the best ones to ask for any current information.
