For the past couple of days I have been having this immense shooting pain in the right side of my head. I have a family history of brain aneurysms and my mother passed away from one about 4 years ago. I am beginning to forget a lot of things and repeating myself as well, and I'm only 44. If anyone has any advice please let me know!! Thank you

With that history, I wouldn't take a chance. Call your Doctor, go to the ER. Are you seeing someone regularly because of the family history?

I see my family doctor regularly, and I have expressed concern but he never seems worried(although my daughter says he's a quack) I also suffer from chronic migraines so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I am just not the type to make a fuss about things but my daughter keeps on me like crazy to go to a doctor.

This is me, standing next to your daughter, joining her in making a fuss - :D

Anytime there is a change in migraine pain/trigger/type, you need to be re-evauluated. Go see a competent neurologist, NOW. Before Christmas even.
