I have two more of my kids that want to move in one is a minor the other is not. I asked my ex to move out for the kids, but he won't. We have joint ownership of this home. You can't make him move out. He OWNS the house just like you do. Of course, with all your roommates, you can BUY him out. Then he'll leave cause he won't BE an owner any more.

Rates are cheap. It's a GOOD time to re-finance anyway.

The advice/info has been given and I don't see that it's going to change.
