Hi I am 4 days late on my period coming and I have had negative pregnancy tests since 1st day of missing period. I would like to know if anyone has the same happening to them as I am very confused. I have period like cramping which I only normaly get before I'm coming on not during and back pain.

I am normaly very regular 28day cycle

Do you use any type of protection? If not, then you could be pregnant. Usually a HPT works on the first day of a missed period because your HCG (hormone) levels tell your body to not have a period. The same HCG levels are being checked for on a HPT. If you think that you might be, then go to your doctor for a blood test. I know several other women that have had to have a blood test done after 3 or 4 negative HPTs. You should also be checked for STDs if you have been having unprotected sex. STDs can cause period like cramps and back pains. Not sure if they cause missed periods though. Hope this helps some.
