This boday uses's 1275 watts, so Im going to dedicate a 15 amp circuit to it. W/out seeing the unit, I don't know if it needs to be hardwired or needs an outlet and if so, I'm thinking a GFCI. But, if its hardwired, should I install a GFCI breaker? Had anyone had any experience with these units?

Basically most all bathrooms outlets are on a G.F.I. circuit. Just for safety I would out it on a G.F.I. In my area we don't have to have a G.F.I on a overhead light or vanity lights. But outlets within 3'" of the sink is required.

ALL 15 & 20 amp, 120v receptacles in bathrooms require GFI protection. Lighting does not require it unless the manufacturer requires it.

Even if you hard wire this bidet I would GFI protect it, no question. I seriously doubt it would be able to be hard wired though.
