Can you tell me whether the Belford University which offers work experience degrees is recognized and a accredited or is it a scam?:confused:

It is NOT accredited, see the list at the link below listing all known un accredited universities.
Belford claims to be accredited by 2 organizations but they are both fake. The US Department of Education www.ed.gov has a link to a list compiled by the Oregan Student Assistance Commission and that's what was posted below.

In the US, there is no work experience degree that is accredited or reconised by the US Dept of Education

Why is it always that you get these fake uni,s offering degrees and the government can't stop people like me getting stuffed up , and is there a register for all uni,s in the usa

Now FAKE is not really a word I use for some of these, they are merely non accredited schools. They do give you exactly what they advertise a piece of paper with a degree that has litte value

laurencedrage, yes, the US Department of Education keeps track of all schools, for non-accredited schools they refer you to a list maintained by the Oregon Student Assistance Commission that I posted above but always go to the US Department of Education first
