I wonder if anyone can help me. I have this horrible pain under my left rib in the pitt of my stomach. It gets worst when I lay down. I had pelvic and abdominal MRI, two abdominal ultrasounds, CT scan, endoscopy, Barrium enema of the intestines and nothing came up, gallbladder, pancreas and everything else normal, no explanation from the doctors for the source of my pain. I have curvature of the spine and I am wondering if the curvature and spurrs that I have on the spine are irritating the nerves around the stomach. My life is hell I used to be active and energetic person, now I am depressed and totally changed, did anyone have similar problem? The pain is there 24 hours a day, worst when laying down.
So you say it is there all the time? Constantly?
Is there any diarreah? Have you been on antibiotics within the last six months? When did this begin? Any fever?
I am sorry answer with questions, but there are a few that I need to ask to help me with your situation.
Does it come and go?

Yes, my pain comes and goes, but it is mostly there.

As I stated in my PM to you, this could be residual antibiotic associated colitis (AAC), sounds as though you already had AAC, so this may be a lingering effect.
Certain antibiotics tend to kill ALL the bacteria in your system, good and bad. Until you can get your doc to do a stool sample to be sure this is the cause, I suggest you eat cultured yogurt to help restore the good bacteria in your system.
