What is the gravitational attraction on a 1000 kg object where the aceleration due to gravity is 17.5 m/s2?

What it the acceleration of a car that spen off from a stop light to a velocity of 15 m/s in 5.6s?

How much force was necessary to accelerate the car above if the car's mass is 1500 kg?

1) M = 1000 kg
g = 17.5 m/s^2
Gravitational attraction = Mg
So just multiply M and g and you will get the answer. The result will be in N.

b)vo = 0
v = 15 m/s
t = 5.6 s
a = (v - vo)/t
Do further calculation. Here vo = initial velocity, v = final velocity, t = time, a = acceleration

c) Mass = 1500 kg
In previous part you calculated acceleration. Multiply mass with acceleration. You will get force in N.
