This was a top 40 country song about 1980. It was about a cowboy who found a lady in a bar. She was a millionaire’s wife and wanted to flirt with a cowboy so she went to the bar. One of the lines was "A cowboy once held a millionaire’s dream . . ." or something like that. The line I liked was "now she is back in her world and I'm still stuck in mine... ”

That's it! I think the only way for me to find the answer is to ask someone who knows. I just didn't have enough to search on.

I actually did meet a lady from out of town and after she went home, I told her that line. She also likes it and wants to hear the song.
