Hello,

I am a 25 year old woman of african descent. I have skin problems that bother me. I have pimples and spots on my face, back, arms, chest, and spots on my legs. I also suffer from dry ichy skin, and discoloration on my legs and other areas of my body. Some parts are the natural skin tone, while other parts are darker.

I have tried so many things, I am getting tired. They just don't work. Is there some kind of skin care solution that would clear up all these skin problems of mine? I do not want to bleach my skin, as it is harzardous, and its just not my style. I just want a clear, eventoned, firm skin from head to toe. I really need help with this. I would be glad for genuine replies about genuine skin care solutions that would help, and that has sunscreen protection.

Thank You

Have you ever tried natural remedies?
I use baking soda with water to clean my pores. It's an everyday scrub and it's good for all skin types.
I use a sliced piece of cucumber to rub over my face as a toner and I do a honey soufflé mask once a week to keep my skin moisturized.
HONEY Soufflé MASK:
1 egg white
1 tsp honey
2 drops lavender essential oil

Beat egg white until it is frothy and forms peaks.
Gently fold in the honey and essential oil.
Apply mask and let sit for 10 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly.

Try it out and see if you have any change.
As drink lots of water and other liquids, avoid lots of junk food and candy.
Good luck!

p.s. there's research now that has proven that sunscreen is cancerous. If anything avoid getting too much sun but still get enough to get your vitamin d,. but it's up to you.
