Just came back from vacation, and learned AC is not working. Did some simple troubleshooting, now it seems to be the blower is not working. Why, if on themostat, I leave the heat/cool to off, and on the fan, turn it to ON, I hear the fan blow, not as loudly as before, for about 30 seconds after it turned on, then stopped for good. Next, I went on to the attic, and opened up the furnace and checked if the fuse is blow, but it's not. There is only one fuse for 3A. I then opened the blower cover and tried to see if the fan is stuck, but it is not, I can spin the fan with my finger tip, it's not super lose, but it spins on for few rounds after let my finger off. I then turned on power and pressed on the blower door switch, I can see the fan turned on after the delay, spin for 30 some seconds, then it turned off and I don't hear relay clickings to turn it on or off. Could the capacitor is bad? Thanks in advance for any feedback on this.

More information. After the blower is off for a while, various, it will attempt to try to run again, then die briefly. I measure the BLK Lead to the blower and it's 120V after the FAN is turned to ON on thermo and after the relay made the Clicking sound. Anyone out there have some suggestions, please share. Thanks.

Sounds like your fan motor is going off on auto protect. Maybe the capacitor, as you mentioned, is worn out. I'd replace that first.
