Cosmo Skin VS Metathione, which is better?

I have heard good feedbacks with this two popular brand of glutathione, but which of the two gave faster results?

Hmm, nice question, I have tried both of this product, both gave me whitening results, but cosmo skin's gave me a faster results (2weeks) and pinkish glow, unlike metathione (2 and 1/2 month).
What I like about cosmo is, it is 500mg compared to met which is 250mg.

Hmm, this has always been the questions of huge glutathione market, both of this product is good, both came from a company with good reputation. Both of them also works for me, but I chose to stick with Cosmo Skin since it has a higher dose and a cheaper price. The only problem with Cosmo Skin is the product availability since it is only available in Watsons Store,most of the time cosmo skin is out of stock, so its either I buy it in bulk or I shop online.

Hmmm.. the infamous cosmo skin vs met thing... im actually living here in canada,so I'm not really familiar with the competition happening in the philippines, both if this product gave me positive results,both gave a whiter pinkish complexion.
But here's the thing: I may need to take 4 caps of met because its only 250 mg per cap, while I only need to take 2 caps of cosmo skin since it is already 500mg per cap.. but still both gave me positive results. If I ran out of stock of met I take cosmo and vice versa

A capsule of cosmo skin contains the following (according to cosmo-skin.com):

L-Glutathione 500mg
Alpha lipoic Acid 100mg
Ascorbic Acid 100mg


A capsule of met contains the following (please check on the label to verify):

L-Glutathione 500mg
Alpha Lipoic Acid 100mg
Vitamin C 250mg

Reduced glutathione alone is useless as it is not absorbed by the body. Vitamin C or Ascorbic Acis is needed to better absorb glutathione, it also acts as a precursor of glutathione. So I guess, the more vit c the better. But overdosage is dangerous.

I have also read that it is best to take l-glutathione with empty stomach to optmize absorption. If you're full, there are still other substances that your body has to absorb.

I have never tried using any other two brands or any l-glutathione food supplements so I can't make a judgment based on experienced. I just presented you with some info I researched. Ill use l-glutathione in the near future.

And yeah, mas mura nga yong cosmo. Local siguro yung gumagawa tapos yung met is imported kaya ganun, I guess.

Kitty_Kat: It's my first week using Cosmo Skin. I bought this product because it's affordable in terms of price compared to MET and Placenta. I think its 1 capsule day for each bottle (the Gluta and Vitamin E capsules are in separate bottles)is already an enough dosage in take. I heard that it's not good to take too much of it. To be safe, follow the 1 dosage a day. And yes, I take one capsule for each after my first or last regular meal for the day. Hirap kasi na before sleeping kasi graveyard ako at may oras na umaandar ang insomnia ko. Like wise, I'm hoping that I'll see results after 2 weeks or so. :)

I just bought metathione at watson's late this afternoon. I didn't know that cosmo skin is also a brand of glutathione. Now, my concern is, does cosmo skin has an antioxidant effect that eventually would make you slimmer?

Though this is a rep you made all way back in 2011, please let me know if cosmo gluta worked for you. I have taken it for 2days now and my stomach really hurts and bloats. Let me know what can you say about your cosmo gluta experience. I had to switch from metathione to a different brand because I am losing weight with metathione and I don't want to lose weight. I just started using Cosmo Skin last August 18. I just came from my vacation in the Philippines and back here I n abroa for work. I really got so dark when I went for vacation. I have been using cosmo for a week, and still slowly seeing the results. But still I will continue taking this till I finished a bottle a and we'll see. Hope iw ill get positive results as what all cosmo skin users are telling.

Hi I just bought Metathione this December 22. My dosage is 3x a day (60 capsules around 2700php) and I'm on my 5th day of taking the capsule. However, I noticed that I feel persistent stomach achefor 2days starting December 26 until now (27). I think I should discontinue the use since it might bring unfortunate effects.

Sorry I can't help about the Metathione vs. cosmo thing, but I've heard on other forums that they have good results from lumnaskin. Its cheap and really effective.
Use only natural product for lighten your skin.
