I was working for a company(consulting firm) which practices illegal means for placement of its consultants,like submitting 100% fake resumes with fake identities to end clients. But a considerable investigation of consultants is required to unearth this,

Since you are no longer employed by this firm it would not make sense for you to pursue this. If you had taken paperwork from this firm to "prove" their practices, that would be stealing on your part. I am sure that this company will be exposed sooner or later.
