You will receive a hearing and be required to pay restitution to the store and possibly put on probation. I was thinking if you were a minor your mother could be in more serious trouble. Good luck

Well, no charges was filed till the 9th for me and my mom, is that suspistous or is it just me?

I am also wondering if I should hire a lawyer or if it is simple enough to rep myself and why mom?
