I was wondering... when my daughter was born I chose not to have her fathers name on her birth certificate. How I would go about getting it added! He has gotten his life together and it proven it for the past 3 years so I thought because this is so special to him that I would like to have it done!! :confused:

Go to City Hall, where the baby was bourne, and they will direct to the department that takes care of those issues,

Not sure where you live, in the US city hall will not be of any help, you need to contact the dept of vital statis for the state.
