I met an amazing women. I have been talking to her for months and in depth. I am an american citizen she is from Columbia. I am going to visit her soon and feel this is the one. I have never been married and no kids, I am above average looking. How can I marry her and what the best way. Should I marry her during my visit there? Or get her here and marry her? I am not worried about family members. This girl is my dream women. Thanks for your input.

Go and get to know her in person first... if she is the right one, then you come back and file fiancée visa to bring her to US. You two must get married within 90 days from the date she enters US.
How Do I Bring My Fiancé(e) to the United States? (http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=39c0194d3e88d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCR D&vgnextchannel=4f719c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1 RCRD)

Where do I file for this visa? I bring her here and no problem it will work. I am sure we have a lot of chemistry she is genuine. I got X-ray bs vision and she is all real.
Thanks for your advice.

Well I don't mean this wrong, while there are a lot of real distance ladies, many places, Columbia is one of them, that has an entire fraud industry, using young girls they hire or buy Id's off. They can drag you on for as long as they think they can get some money from you.
Also where in Columbia, not the tourist spot I would pick to go,
But basically you go visit, and if it goes well, after you get back to the US, she will have to apply for the visa though the US embassy, and a passprot from her government.

Have you actually gone there? I thought you were on felony probation - ? How were you able to leave the Country? Or have you seen photos and talked to her Mom by phone?
Otherwise - bs meter or not, I'd be very cautious. Of course, you're an adult and it's your life.

Got my passport, my probation and charges were adjudicated and I met her though a AFF type site she has a webcam and her mom likes me also. Going on 2 months of correspondence.

So you haven't physically met her, you've only seen photos - am I right?

Don't rush... two months long distance relationship is nothing.

A passport allows you to leave the US; what does Columbia say about entering Columbia?

The correct spelling is ColOmbia, not ColUmbia, and a U.S. citizen can enter Colombia on a passport, no visa is necessary.
