About me: Female, 26 years old, never done any drugs or abused alcohol, don't smoke.
My Location: San Diego CA.
I seek: Anger mangmnt, Therapy, counceling, any government help program. I have no Insurance through work since I am a temp for a staffing agency with no benefits.
current problem: Anger towards my partner's smallest actions, I get mad for a whole day, I get mad over things most people would not bother with. I am stubborn, impulsive and super sensative. My emotions go from one extreme to the other. Example: have gotten so mad over a comment my partner may have said and I will shut out and be mad for a long time and wount let it go. Then I explode and I say "its over!" pack my belogings and head out the door. Without really wanting to. Have done it to my exbf 6 times already!
I do not like my emotions I am not happy and I don't know where this anger comes from I have been like this with every relationship, I give up to fast but I hate being alone.
I am different with everyone else. With my friends and co workers I am quiet and even have let them step all over me. I do have bad road rage though.
Possible Childhood Problems/Issues: was molested (never raped) by my older (by 2 years) cousin from a small age up until 13 y.o. My older brothers (10year diff) were always mean to me and insulted me calling me stupid, dumb, ugly. My dad was a great dad to me (in reality he is my step dad but I never felt he was my step dad) suffered a stroke when I was 10 y.o. when he came back from the hospital he was no longer nice to me and my mom he was rude and a pain to live with (I still loved and love him) he passed away from a train hiting him at 75 mph in 2005.
My biggest problem is not knowing what I want. When I'm in a relationship, I am not happy. When I am alone, I am worse!
If anyone knows where I can go find help for myself in my area please let me know an address, email, phone I don't care I need help!

Ask them about reduced fees and explain your income level, any one of these should have additional information for free or reduced(sliding scale) rates for therapy.

Hope you seek this help, and please let us know how you are doing in this treatment!:)

I'm from san diego. I went to somewhere in kensington it's on marlbourough street center for wellness I think it's called. The one therapist worked with what I can afford.

SO you don't feel alone I had similar issues you do. Realizing you have them is the first step to making better healthier decisions.
