I have a two faucet setup in the kitchen by Glacier Bay. Pressure is very low on both hot and cold, but fine elsewhere in the house. What could be causing this? Thanks, James

Hi James...

Remove the AERATOR (see picture) located at the end of the spout by unscrewing it CLOCKWISE and clean it. You may need a pair of pliers to get it started, but it should come out pretty easy if you are lucky!

Once aerator is removed turn water on for 30 seconds to clear crud from the faucet (both hot and cold) and then replace cleaned aerator and see if that made a difference. If it did, but spray is sloppy then may be time to replace the aerator (available at all home supply stores).

If that doesn't work pop back and we will see what else you can do to fix this.

Let me know what happens...
