Can you get your drivers license taken away if you get hit in a parking lot and you don't have a license and the police were called ?

No I mean I don't have a license at all I'm suppose to tke my drivers test this month

No I was alone in my car in a mall parking lot and this car came and hit me. I don't have a license only a permit and I am suppose to take my driving test this month.

This will vary by state law, normally in most states if you are under 21, they will ban you from getting a license for 3 years. In a few state, since you are on private property, they can not do anything about you dirving there.

As Chuck says the laws vary from state to state. In most states it is illegal to drive a car alone with a just a learner's permit. That violation could result in your not being allowed to take your test for a while.
Were you written a ticket for operating a vehicle without a license?
On the flip side, your license status may not affect the accident. What exactly happened there? What does the police report say? The more details you give us, the better we can answer.
