My puppy is an 11 week out teddy bear, he is very scared to go outdie and starts to shivver as soon as I take me out of the garage, also he won't walk on a leash, what do I do?

You can work with it on the house on the leash, and try going out the front or back door see if it is just the garage.

Dogs aren't born knowing how to walk on leashes and have to be trained - gently. I agree - walk the dog around inside on the leash to get it accustomed to the leash.

Did something scare the dog outside? Cars, loud noises, neighbors?
