Do you have a job offer in Turkey? This is somewhat complicated issue. If you are going to apply as a tourist, I don't think you can but if you have a job offer from Turkish company, you may have reason to file for appeal. This is not a DIY deal, you need a lawyer.. should be Turkish lawyer as immigration law varies by the country.

Hi you my question is not to appeal but to just go back into the country after the year is up the police said it is no problem if I go back after the year,as long as it's not a day under the year, I am due to get married next year.So you don't know if there will be a fine or anything?? Thank you
