Using circular flow diagram, explain how the government can continuously run budget deficit i.e. spent more than received in revenue from taxes?

Indirect business taxes and capital consumption allowance are not incomes yet they are included in order to find gdp as national income received. Why do we add these two non-components of income to the other componentsof income to find GDP?

A classical musician receives a grant from a large corporation to be used to study in europe. How will this payment enter into GNP into the personal income. Will this payment different from the one made to an engineer employed by a company?
