If your question is what to do about it, send the landlord a letter, return receipt requested, demanding the repairs.

If the refrigerator is not repaired and is not working, advise the landlord that you will arrange the repair and would like to take the cost out of your next month's rent. I don't know how important/dangerous the other problems are.

You can't just stop paying rent - if that is your question.
