Basically you cannot and even if you manage to do so, you are still liable for child support unless/until the child is adopted by someone else.

If you don't want to visit with the child, just don't visit. You don't need to surrender your "rights" to do that. But you are responsible for child support.

Most likely you don't. As noted in thousands of threads that have asked the same question, courts will only grant a TPR to clear the way for adoption or if the parent represents a danger to the child.
