Ok.. So I think this movie was late 80's or early 90's.

All I can remember is... This high school group/class takes a trip to another country I believe or out of state. They get kidnapped.. The one main hero/good looking kid ends up becoming this Bond like Hero , using all kinds of gadgets / suction cup engineered stuff.. etc etc.. Ends up saving his high school class from the enemy. Anyone remember?
