I know what I'm going to say to the guy but I feel like I just can't do it! When I called last (monday) no one was home and I lost that feeling of "you can do this". It's been two days and I was going to call him today but I f have that "I CAN'T DO THIS" thing running through my head every time I go to dial his number. What can I do about this because it is getting really annoying!?
(read some of my other posts and you will know what's going on :D)

What is it you're afraid of?

I'm just afraid he won't look at me the same way again or he'll say no.:(

Both of those are possibilities, aren't they. That's why when you DO ask whatever it is you want to ask, you don't present it as an "end of the world oh my god I love you so much I can't live without you over the top life changing event"... You need to talk to him like you and he are normal people doing normal things.
You want to ask him out?
Don't: "I've had a crush on you for SO long and I had to know if you felt the same way about me."
Do: "I was going to the new Twilight movie on Friday and you came to mind. Isn't that funny? Are you free for a movie that night? My treat!?"
He says "no" to the first question, devastation.
He says "no" to the second, it's not the end of the world.
There is a big difference in throwing yourself stupidly at someone out of the blue and just having a conversation about doing something together some time.

see, that's what I was telling you. Just tell him you were going to go see a movie and you thought you'd see if he'd like to come along! You can do it! =)

Well there is a school dance on the 12 but there might be one little problem to that since only people who go to that school can go to the dance and he doesn't go to my school but his brother does so maybe he could go with his brother to go with me. Oh well I'll throw that idea out there today.

School dances are fun. They don't have to be the source of misery though. Plan on going yourself either way and having a good time no matter who is there or who isn't, OK?
Then of course, let him know you hope can come somehow, perhaps with his brother, so you can save a dance for him.
No stress, no "will you/won't you" drama... just let him know you'd be glad to see him at the dance. That's better than a question.

YAY I DID IT, but he said no for right now... he said next year because we go to different schools at the moment and we will be at the same school next year. I'm glad I got that off my chest
