My same sex domestic partner and I of 11 years split up a month ago. She moved to a different state. She took her cloths and some personal items. She now says she wants 1/2 of everything in the house. She has collected SSI for the past 8 years. Her SSI paid some household bills, however her monthly income was considerabley less than all the bills for our household. Mortgage, cars etc... I have all reciepts for all furnishings, and the house and cars are solely in my name. In the state of Arizona I would like to know if she is entitled to anything legally.

Domestic partner or not - just as anyone can sue anyone she can sue you for what she believes you owe her. She provides her proof, you provide your proof, the Court decides. Depending on the amount involved it may not be Small Claims and may very well be a higher Court.
