View Full Version : Why I do not have water pressure in the sink.

No water pressure in the sink, my sink is new replaced last summer, and my handyman came to checked it, he changed the valve under the sink, we cleaned the screen still no pressure, Also I called the water department, he thins is the hard water in the line, why is it only in the sink, it doesn't make sense I am getting frustrated every time I wash dishes... Please help me its been at least 10 years..

Well for starters we need more information. You apparently live in an area with hard water so I need to know if you have a water softener or not. If you do have a water softener normally the kitchen sink isn't hooked up to the water softener because it is used for drinking water, ice makers, etc. That is probably the reason why this is only occurring in the kitchen sink and nowhere else.
