Hey, I'm 18 yrs old about 6 foot 185pound... im a pretty healthy guy but over the last few weeks I've noticed a lump or just swelling to the right or my penis right near the base of the penis about an inch up... its under the skin.. and it seems to inflate and deflate and when I pull my sac towards it, it shows into my sac... its not painful at all... it seems to be fluid or soft tissue not sure witch... if you guys could help that would be great.. ive been getting pretty worried about it and I'm not sure what to do..

It's always good to get checked. Could be just a cyst ,could be something more serious. See a urologist first since it is close/on your genitals.

Right now I'm thinking it's a hernia... because I had one when I was 12 or so and it looks the same... im am going to the doctor's on Friday to get it checked out... thank you for the info
