Hey, if AIG can get 20B, why not!
I recommend googling 'grants'.

I been here now one years out off federal sentence was nothing more than a crime that is committed everyday by individuals. They just turned to express there ruling toward me to make an example. So I been searching for months to get some kind of understanding is there any thing for felons. Our best bet is a degree, I see that only being the counter weight that would even the scale to a employer. The reconstruction of yourself has to be on paper. Also FXsolutions.com is a currency trading company I've mastered this program and it is one of the best.. and questions

Let's see. You've got two different issues going on at one time.
First off, there are no government grants to set you up in business. There are grants available to organizations that help felons return to work or job training but not for you to set up shop. (My sister writes grants for a living and they are very difficult to acquire and she is paid very well for what she does.)
There is money available through the SBA or Small Business Administration. Small Business Administration - Free Online Courses (http://www.sba.gov/services/training/onlinecourses/index.html)
Your credit is going to be an issue. What I would recommend is that you get a job and work on getting your credit back in order. There are employers that will hire felons (depending on what the conviction was for). While you are doing this check out the possibility of getting your record expunged once you've proven you are back on track. We're talking a 5 year plan here - no quick fix. A co-worker of mine has done this and it has taken her about 7 years.
I wish you all the best.
