We are talking for more than 1 year. We live in different countries. Last month I was about to go to his place but it was not possible and he knew about that. We wanted to meet this way. The other day something happened to me that made me very sad. I told him about that. He told me , OK , don't be sad and try to get what you want. Then he told me he will try to come to my country early next year. But he didn't mention that he will come because of me.
What do you think? Does he care for me? Or not?

I don't know too much about these LDR or were you dating and he left or you just met on the internet and started talking? I mean if you've talked for a year I would say that you guys have just built some form of a friendship, I don't see how you could develop feelings for someone you've never even met, but I don't know the whole story I suppose? But I'm sure he cares about you other if he didn't he'd probably just ignore you.
