I've tried to recover my password on Yahoo, but someone has changed my personal info. And my password. So when they ask me to give them my personal info so they can send me my passcode I do but it's not right cause someone changed it. Is there any other way I can recover my account on Yahoo? Please help! This is very important

If they have changed the info so it's their personal info now, how does Yahoo know you're not someone trying to hijack someone else's account? We're constantly getting posts in here asking things like, "how can I hack my girlfriend's/boyfriend's/etc. account?"

Unless you can provide Yahoo with information linking you personally to the account, or unless they keep logs of account changes and would be willing to work with you to restore the account, you're most likely out of luck.

BTW, it's better to post a follow-up to a single thread rather than creating a whole new thread.
