Good evening Film Buffs,

Many years ago Disney Studios, when Walt was still with us, made a natural history film all about the life of bees.

At the time of seeing it I suffered from Apiphobia (a fear of bees) because when I was only about six I put my knee into a bees nest in a hedge and was stung many times.

Every time I came anywhere near a bee, wasp, or hornet I had the most horrific panic attacks and used to flail my arms and try to escape them.

Many years later I decided that I was going to fight this phobia and began by forcing myself to watch the Disney film about the life of bees.

That got me onto the road to recovery and after a couple of years I lost my fear completely and now love everything about the wonderful creatures, although I am still a little wary of hornets. I don't even flinch when a bee or wasp lands on me.

So much for my irrational fears.

Although I doubt it is available on either VHS video or DVD I am hoping someone can tell me what this film was actually called.

I have searched IMDb but cannot find any reference to it.

If anyone can shed any light on this film, especially if it is available on video or DVD, I would be extremely grateful.

Have a great weekend everyone.

Poseidon
