I am trying to do a full recovery on my computer, but when I start up the computer and hit f10, it goes to the PC Recovery Page, but then the computer stops and a error page comes up, saying it can't find a component (user32.dll). I did a 'chkdsk /F' and a virus check and came up clear. I just can't do a full-restore of the system.

Any help would be appreated... Sheldon

I would attempt to contact HP as this is the recovery software (I assume)
