I am here to ask how to clear up my credit report and also about the statute of limitations?

I have has this three debts that I have not paid off but it has been years since the debt was issued.
I am trying to clear up the my credit report but since reading that there is a statute of limitations for debt, I was wondering how to go about clearing my credit with that piece of information

I currently cannot get any credit or apply for anything because of these three debts that has passed the statute of limitations

Can anyone let me know how to resolve this in order to fix my credit again?

As long as debt appears on your credit report, you will not be able to obtain credit. It doesn't matter that theyhave passed the statute of limitations. Probably are quite larger then original because there is interests accumulated on them now. And no one ha approached you from a collection agency trying to collect the debt?

Yes, many collections agencies have approached me to collect the debt but I ignored all their calls. The reason for this is because I explained my situation but they continued to call and became very very rude.

I had a really tough time at that point in my life so I explained the situation to them

So I recently called most of my creditors, which are by the way, Well Fargo, Capital One and PC Financial.

Capital One can't find the old debt, Well fargo told me that the debt was sold back to them because they could not find me and PC financial found my debt

I owe around $20,000 in personal loans and credit cards

If Capital One can't find my old debt, is there anything I can do about it?
Are there any letters that I can write to show validity of debt owed
I can't even get a loan to consolidate my debt, and I can't pay off what I owe right now so I stuck in a catch 22

Help me!!
