Ct scan report-impression-hepatomegaly-liver is 18cm. Pl explain what does it mean

Hepatomegaly is an enlarged liver. Causes are quite a few but one is Hepatitis.

Yes, hepatomegaly means an enlarged liver. That has to be investigated. Suggest you see your doctor. Why was the CT ordered to begin with. Were your liver enzymes elevated? Are you having symptoms of liver disease? What other description were made on the CT report? Fatty liver? Based on the history and physical findings, your doctor may recommend biopsy. Do you have a drinking problem?
