I wanted to remove an application from Windows XP Professional. When I opened the Add/Remove option in Control Panel it listed all the installed programmes but didn't give me the choice of uninstalling the application I wanted to remove. It only showed me the size of the applications and the frequency with which I had been using them.

Any idea how to get Add/Remove working properly again?

Not all installed programs install in a manner that Windows Add/Remove can uninstall them. Look in the application's folder and see if there is an uninstall utility.

If not, check the internet for an uninstaller for that application.

Well, version ONE is pretty dog-gone old!

At this point I would just delete the PSP folder from Program Files and then use a cleanup program to fix the stuff left behind in the registry. I'd recommend CCLeaner:

Download CCleaner 2.15.815 - FileHippo.com (http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/)

The download link is on the right hand side of the screen.
