My probation was violated based on a driving under suspension ticket I received, I was unaware of the suspension because the correspondence was going to the wrong address, I forgot to change it with dmv when I moved, is there any way I can win my hearing?

When you move you have a duty to inform the DMV of your new address. I don't think they'll go for it. Sorry.
