Hi .
I would like to have two clothes rods top and bottom. Holding up the two rods I would like to support both clothes rods with three rods hanging down from the ceiling.
My question is what bolts do I use and will the weight of the clothes be too much for the bolts to hold.

The wedge anchors shown here Concrete Anchors, Fasteners, and masonry screws. Buy online. (http://www.concretefasteners.com/anchors-fasteners/index.aspx?gclid=CP-53oz0jJcCFQOIFQodwUw7-g) would work at 1/4", providing your going into solid concrete. Tension is greater than 1400 lbs.
