He's at your work, but don't see him as much as possible. Do NOT talk to him at all. And don't whine about how you're always going to have to see him after this; it's your own fault for getting involved. I don't feel badly for you at all.

If possible switch jobs. If not, suck it up and be a big girl and leave him alone.
