I want to know how to use these 2 supplements?

... they are both caplets if that is what you mean. If not, you should take no2 90 minutes before workout and ce2 30 or less minutes before a workout since it is quick-absorbing. Take 3 tablets twice daily - once in the morning on an empty stomach and 1/2 hour prior to lunch. To maximize results, drink at least 64 oz of water daily while using N02 . Many recommend stacking both of these together for max results.

I play soccer a lot
I practice twice a week and play games Saturday and Sunday
I go to the gym twice a week

When do I take the No2 and Ce2?
What is Stacking?

If you are under 18 years old, don't take these two suppliments. Generally, you should take one "dosage" of No2 90 minutes before a work out and then co2 30 or less minutes before a workout because it is the fast absorbing energy blast. I am not totally sure, but stacking is when you take suppliments together to aid in progress. Ex: I am (taking)stacking No2 and
Ce2.
