What will cause a gas pac to blink with one red light and only one burner will come on. Wait a little while and all burners will come on. But at night it will not come on at all.

If only one burner comes on I suggest you contact a local Pro for a ON Site inspection. This can be a hazzard especially if you are running propane. You have delayed ignition and it is nothing to fool around with.
