Exactly.
You need two of the things to figure out the other. One is nothing without the other.
1200 watts drawing 10 amps would be running at 120v.
Similarly, a circuit of 120v, drawing 10 amps would be carrying 1200 watts.
Or a load of 1200 watts, on a 120v circuit would have a 10 amp draw.
Get it?
Like when folks ask how much a "220" circuit draws? There is literally NO answer to that question.
